In the 113 weight class match Taylan Yuasa beat Juan Quijada by major decision 13-3. In the 120 group Sammamish’s Rathtana Duong pinned Ailin Fu in 1:35.

Luke Wilson won the 126 match by forfeit and Jacob Pruchno pinned Luke Clancy in 1:20 in the 132 class. Mike Ong pinned Shahbaz Perves in 3:21 in the 138 class. In the 145 group Luca Caruccio beat Michael Tate by technical fall in 5:26.

Connor Gullstad pinned Kyle Kasner in 1:28 in the 152 weight class. In the 160 group, Alec Bieler won by forfeit for Sammamish.

Chris Richards beat Tomas Narvaja by decision 12-6 to give Mercer Island the win in the 170 class, while Daniel Stanke won the 182 class by a 18-4 major decision over James Tate.

Sammamish’s Max Hummer pinned Evan Condon in 5:30 in the 195 class and Andrew Picton pinned Dawson Conway in 1:15. Benjamin O’Connell pinned Jake Johnson in 1:57 in the 285 class.

Mercer Island’s next meet will be against Interlake on Dec. 18 at 7:30 p.m. at MIHS.
