Mercer Islander inducted as fellow in American College of Radiology

Gordon F. Greenman, M.D., has been inducted as a fellow in the American College of Radiology (ACR).

Gordon F. Greenman, M.D., has been inducted as a fellow in the American College of Radiology (ACR).

Greenman is a staff radiologist at Valley Medical Center in Renton, Wash., and a staff radiologist at Auburn Regional Medical Center, where he is an ex-chief of staff and a current member of the Board of Governors.

Greenman is a member of the ACR, the Society of Interventional Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America and the American Medical Association. He received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine.

ACR fellows demonstrate a history of service to the college, organized radiology, teaching or research. Approximately 10 percent of ACR members achieve this distinction.

The ACR is a national nonprofit association serving more than 34,000 radiologists, radiation oncologists, interventional radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians and medical physicists with programs focusing on the practice of radiology and the delivery of comprehensive health care services.
