The Mercer Island chapter of Everytown for Gun Safety invites community members to a casual event to meet current group members and learn about its initiatives from 6-8 p.m. on Sept. 18 at The Crawlspace Gastropub in downtown Mercer Island (3041 78th Ave. SE).
