The city of Mercer Island extends an invitation on behalf of the Jacobson family to attend a remembrance event honoring city councilmember Jake Jacobson, to be held at 10:30 a.m. on May 31 at the Meydenbauer Center in downtown Bellevue (11100 NE 6th St.). Complimentary parking will be available through the garage entrance on Northeast 6th Street.

“This celebration of life honors Jake’s legacy as a devoted public servant, respected Navy veteran and cherished member of the Mercer Island community,” the city said.
