Oct. 4

PROWLING: Valentino sunglasses, a car key and Ray-Ban sunglasses were stolen after a car prowl reported at 5:15 p.m. in the 7700 block of Sunset Highway. The car was left unlocked in the public parking garage of an apartment building.

THEFT: A female suspect stole items that were concealed inside a stroller at 9:15 p.m. in the 7800 block of SE 28th St. She was possibly the same suspect involved in a previous theft the week before at Rite Aid. She was not located, but the stroller and stolen items, along with narcotics, were recovered.

Oct. 5

FOUND PROPERTY: Two bicycles were found in the bushes in the 9000 block of SE 60th St. at 3:15 p.m., and placed into found property.

SHOPLIFTING: A juvenile stole three bottles of Mike’s Hard cranberry lemonade from the Rite Aid in the 8400 block of SE 68th St. at 5:12 p.m. Security video was submitted for evidence.

THEFT: A victim in the 2500 block of 81st Ave. SE told police at 9:49 a.m. that they received a check in the mail to be a “shopper” and purchase several phones, and keep the check balance.

Oct. 6

LOST PROPERTY: A man in the 5600 block of Island Crest Way said at 10:04 a.m. that he lost his wallet at Homestead Park or Island Crest Park.

HARASSMENT: At 3:49 p.m., a victim in the 2400 block of 61st Ave. SE reported being harassed by someone who is taking out ads on Craigslist with her phone number. It had been happening for over a year, from June 20 to the reported date.

WARRANT ARREST: Police arrested a subject on a warrant at 11:41 p.m. in the 7800 block of SE 28th St.

MAKING A STATEMENT: Marysville police asked for Mercer Island police assistance in obtaining a written statement from a victim in a Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office/Marysville PD case. The statement was obtained from the victim in the Mercer Island Police Department lobby at 10:22 a.m.
