May 27

Motorcycle theft: A resident in the 2900 block of 76th Avenue Southeast reported his motorcycle stolen, only to find it parked nearby a short time later. He was unclear if someone moved the cycle without his knowledge or if he forgot where he parked it.

May 24

Assault: A jogger pushed and kicked another individual after being confronted about his dog’s off-leash behavior at a park in the 3200 block of 78th Avenue Southeast.

Vehicle prowl: A suspect crowbarred open the side storage compartment of a motorhome in the 3900 block of 90th Avenue Southeast.

Fraud: After a store clerk denied a subject from attempting to purchase goods with Monopoly money, the subject left the business on foot in the 7600 block of Southeast 27th Street.

May 23

Burglary: At a home under construction in the 2400 block of 74th Avenue Southeast, it was reported that there was forced entry to French doors that caused extensive damage to the door frame. Tools were also reported stolen from the site.

Theft: A subject was spotted shoplifting alcohol and fleeing on foot from a business in the 7800 block of Southeast 28th Street.

Vehicle prowl: A vehicle was prowled overnight and nothing taken from within in the 2600 block of 77th Avenue Southeast.
