Monday, Oct. 8

Fraud: A victim’s personal information was used to open a credit account.

Sunday, Oct. 7

Theft: A subject loaded a cart with groceries before leaving the store without paying on the 2700 block of 77th Avenue Southeast. The subject was confronted in the parking lot by an employee and left without taking anything.

Friday, Oct. 5

Motor Vehicle Prowl: An unlocked vehicle was prowled on the 6100 block of Southeast 32nd Street. The suspect stole a checkbook and lime muddler.

Thursday, Oct. 4

Motor Vehicle Prowl: A suspect smashed a car window and stole a purse from under the floorboard on the 8100 block of Southeast 40th Street.

Theft: A check was stolen out of the mail at a residence on the 4300 block of West Mercer Way last month. The check was cashed and the victim reported the theft to police.

Tuesday, Oct. 2

Motor Vehicle Prowl: A reporting Party parked her vehicle on the east side of the street facing north on the 2400 block of 84th Avenue Southeast. She left her purse in the passenger seat under a jacket before locking the car and heading to Pioneer Park. A suspect smashed the passenger window while she was gone and took the purse.
