Beverly Gaskins Vincent passed away on May 10, 2025, surrounded by family. She is survived and deeply missed by her husband of 62 years, Dr. H. Bartlett “Bart” Vincent; her daughters Stephanie (Kevin) and Kristina (Mari); her grandchildren Ellis, Dawson and Karissa Fahsholtz; Isabella and Annalise Adad; her siblings, Dr. Ray Gaskins and Phyllis Martin and family.

Raised in the small town of Great Bridge, Virginia, Beverly’s southern hospitality could be seen in her friendliness and ability to strike up a conversation with anyone she met. She graduated from Longwood College with a BS in Business Education and met the love of her life, Bart, while working at the Medical College of Virginia. They married in 1962 and began their lifelong journey together, starting their family when they moved to Mercer Island in 1965.

Beverly poured her heart into being a wife, a mother, and “Neenie” to her grandchildren, never missing a recital, birthday, or school event. From tennis matches and book clubs to Tupperware parties and family dinners, Beverly brought joy and warmth to every space she entered. She had a gift for conversation, a knack for decorating and floral design, and a deep love for her family that shaped her life. Her legacy lives on in the family she cherished — and we imagine she’s dancing with the stars now, making new friends as she always did.
