The first ever Mercer Island cycling race was run as part of the 2010 Northwest Senior Games.
The event featured 80 racers in a time trial race, starting at the Mercer Island Boys & Girls Club and ending at the Mercerwood Shore Club on the opposite side of the Island.
The course record was set by Tom Potter, with a time of 21:45.8. Twenty five Mercer Island residents took part in the event.
