Zulaev earns state wrestling medals

Northwood Elementary School student Mikhail Zulaev won gold and bronze medals at the prestigious Washington State Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship held from May 3-4 at The Podium in Spokane. The event was organized by the Washington State Wrestling Association with the support of USA Wrestling. Zulaev, who competed in the boys 10-year-old division in the 84-pound weight class, notched a gold in Greco-Roman and a bronze in freestyle. Courtesy photo
