Semi blocking lane of westbound I-90; long delays already

According to Washington State Department of Transportation reports a semi-truck blocked one lane of westbound Interstate-90 inside the Mount Baker tunnel on Monday afternoon.

A tow truck was required to move the vehicle, causing long delays through the evening commute.
