MIHS teachers, community members battle Globetrotters on the court

A celebrity basketball game between members of the Island community and former Harlem Globetrotter alumni Paul “Showtime” Gaffney and Guinness World Record holder Wayne “Above and Beyond” Clark was played Friday, May 20, at Bellevue College.

The game pitted members of the Mercer Island High School staff and community members against the Globetrotters to raise money for the MIHS marching band trip to Pasadena this winter.
