Local legislators to host Town Hall on March 14

The Washington State Legislature is halfway through its 105-day session. Eastside residents can join local legislators to discuss issues at a town hall meeting in Bellevue this Saturday, March 14 at Somerset Elementary School, 14100 Somerset Blvd., from 10 a.m. to noon.

State Sen. Steve Litzow and state Reps. Judy Clibborn and Tana Senn — 41st Legislative District lawmakers who are all from Mercer Island — will be at the meeting to provide an update on the legislative session and take questions from constituents.

The lawmakers’ district includes Bellevue, Beaux Arts, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Newcastle, Renton and Sammamish. Constituents should email questions to townhall41@leg.wa.gov, or contact individual legislators via phone.
