Mariners star attends Mercer Island Little League opening day

Seattle Mariners baseball player Nelson Cruz greets the crowd at the annual Mercer Island Little League opening day ceremony on May 6 at the South Mercer Playfields. Cruz posed for pictures with all of the Little League teams on Mercer Island, and with the Mercer Island High School baseball and softball teams.
