Mercer Island orchestras performed a variety of songs — from the “Mickey Mouse March” to the “Cantina Band Song” from “Star Wars” — at their annual Disney and Dessert fundraiser on Feb. 25 at the high school.

The concert is organized by the orchestra booster club, Team O, and raises money for all seven of Mercer Island School District’s orchestras, grades 5-12.

Team O is the booster club for MISD orchestra and is a 501(c)(3) organization that is a primary source of funding for instruments, music coaching, workshops and performance tours.
