Swinging strong at state

Mercer Island’s Rachel Ressmeyer tied for 11th on bars at the 1A/2A/3A state gymnastics championships at Sammamish High on Feb. 22. She scored a 9.1 on the event. Ava Motroni and Emery Sampson also competed for the Islanders.
