MI football defeats R.A. Long, 49-0

In Mercer Island’s 49-0 triumph over R.A Long on Sept. 8, quarterback Spencer Kornblum was 16-for-22 passing for 334 yards with four passing TDs and one rushing TD.

MI had 485 yards of total offense — including 151 rushing — and received rushing TDs from Luke Myklebust and Cole Krawiec and two receiving TDs each from Ryan Boyle and Elan Gotel.
