People flock to Community Kindness Day

Friendship Circle of Washington held its 12th annual Walk with Friendship and Community Kindness Day on Sept. 29 at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center. The free fun-filled family festival featured acts of kindness, a 1K walk, entertainment, carnival games, a grill competition, cake walk, family relay race, family resource fair and more.
