Transformed Mercer Island home open for viewing

This Sunday, May 15, the Seattle chapter of the American Institute of Architects is featuring a Mercer Island home designed by Allison Hogue and Richard Floisand of Seattle’s Floisand Studio, at 5045 E. Mercer Way. The home will be open from noon to 3 p.m. to show the amazing transformation that the home made from a 1,200-square-foot ranch style home to a budget-friendly yet stylish family home. The home is not for sale.
