Public comment period now open on city’s TIP Plan

The City of Mercer Island is accepting public comments on the 2012-2017 Transportation Improvement Program.

The TIP is a six-year program updated each year that focuses on maintaining the existing transportation network and improving it, while staying within its budget.

Comments can be submitted online through the city’s Web site at www.mercergov.org and must be done by April 30, 2011.
