Residents also have until Oct. 24 to register in person at the King County Elections Office, room 553 of the King County Administration Building, 500 Fourth Avenue, in Seattle. Registrations and address changes submitted after Oct. 24 will be processed after the election is certified on Dec. 1, 2005.
