The Mercer Island Islanders wrestling team captured a 39-31 victory against the Lake Washington Kangaroos on Jan. 12. Mercer Island grapplers earning victories via pins included Piljin Kwak (145), Finn Childress (152), Colin Farrell (170), Connor Hill (195) and Teague Frazier (220). Islanders’ wrestlers winning by decision included Eli Pruchno, Donnie Howard (182) and Jordan Tillinger (113).
