MIHS boys swim and dive team shines in the classroom

The 3A state champion Mercer Island High School boys swim and dive team notched seventh place on a national gold award school list with its combined 3.880 grade-point average. NISCA/Swim Outlet.com presented the boys scholar team award 2022-2023 rankings.
Eight seniors on the team were also named to the 2022-2023 NISCA Boys High School Academic All-America list.
Jamie Feinstein, David Garton, Nolan Knievel, Ben Kolpa, Evan Liu, Emmett Ralston, Matthew Shield and Matt Williamson all garnered 3.75-plus GPAs to attain the honor.
