Cheryl F. Anderson

November 15, 1938- July 25, 2025

Cheryl Fitch Anderson passed away on July 25, 2025.

Born in Wayne, Nebraska, on November 15, 1938, to Martha and Delmer Fitch, Cheryl spent her early years in the Midwest before her family moved to Seattle, Washington. She grew up in West Seattle with her sisters, Dawn and Connie, and graduated from West Seattle High School. She later earned a degree in Education from the University of Washington, where she met Jim Garrison. Together, they had three children: Jay, Tim, and Heather.

In later years, Cheryl married Don Anderson, with whom she shared many happy memories.

Cheryl’s life was centered on faith, family, and community. A devoted mother, she actively supported her children’s education and activities. With a natural gift for design, she worked in interior decorating, often helping loved ones create warm and welcoming homes—an expression of both her creativity and her care.

Her faith was a steady source of strength and grace. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Cheryl is survived by her children, Jay Garrison (and his sons, Jaron and Stefan), Tim Garrison, and Heather Conradt (with her husband, Robert, and their sons, Chris and Alex).

Her life was a blessing to all who knew her, and memories of her will be cherished always.
