Warrant arrest: A Mercer Island Police Department (MIPD) warrant subject was re-booked into the South Correctional Entity (SCORE) jail in Des Moines for failure to appear in court for third-degree driving while license suspended.

May 21

Warrant arrest: A subject was re-booked into the SCORE jail for a MIPD active warrant for third-degree driving while license suspended.

May 22

Vehicle theft: A resident reported that someone stole their vehicle from the 2600 block of 77th Avenue Southeast sometime over the last two days. There is no suspect information available.

Warrant arrest: Redmond Police Department attempted to book a subject for a Washington Crime Information Center MIPD warrant for failure to appear in court, but the man was medically declined and released at the hospital.

Vehicle prowl: In the 8800 block of Southeast 59th Street, someone rummaged through a vehicle overnight and stole about $100 in cash from inside. There is no video surveillance footage and no suspect information available.

May 24

Warrant arrest: A subject was booked into the SCORE jail for a MIPD third-degree theft warrant.

Burglary: After returning home in the 6100 block of West Mercer Way, a resident believed that someone broke into their abode and stole jewelry, Canadian currency and passports. There is no suspect information and the case is still under investigation.
