Arts Council launches online artist directory

Historically, Mercer Island has been home to a large community of talented visual and performing artists and their supporters. In keeping with this tradition, the Mercer Island Arts Council, with the help of other local arts organizations, is developing an online directory of Mercer Island artists to increase their visibility and provide potential clients with an easy means of contact.

The directory is viewable at www.mercergov.org/artistdirectory, and is divided into the following categories: Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Art Resources and Organizations, Wearable Art, Literary Art and Galleries.

If you’re an artist interested in being included in the directory, please complete the online form. Contact information such as your email, a link to your website, a brief description of your work or sample photographs may be included at your discretion.
