From now through April 25, the city of Mercer Island is recruiting volunteers to serve on the following advisory boards and commissions:

* Arts Council (one position; term expires May 31, 2029)

* Design Commission (two positions; terms expire May 31, 2029 – civil engineers and urban planners are encouraged to apply)

* Open Space Conservancy Trust (two positions; terms expire May 31, 2029)

* Parks & Recreation Commission (two positions; terms expire May 31, 2029)

* Utility Board (four positions; one position term expires May 31, 2026, three positions terms expire May 31, 2029)
