Graduates Tamara Babenko, center, and Michael Ayzenberg, right, flip their tassels as the Island community sent the 325 members of the Mercer Island High School Class of 2009 on their way. Commencement ceremonies were held at the Washington State Convention Center in downtown Seattle last Thursday evening.
