Mercer Island High School (MIHS) senior Milo Mechem-Miller (right) won the recent Seattle Shakespeare competition, which featured students performing a monologue and sonnet from Shakespeare’s canon. Mechem-Miller advances to the national competition in New York. MIHS senior Christopher Burnside also delivered a stellar performance at the event.
