Mercer Island police arrest Mercer Island High School student for threats

On Wednesday, March 27, Mercer Island police were notified by the Mercer Island School District that students reported a 15-year-old male student made threats to harm fellow Mercer Island High School students and the school. He did not have a weapon.

The school district exercised extraordinary caution and placed the student on emergency removal pending a police investigation of the incident.
