Seattle duo Ginny Reilly and David Maloney will perform at Youth Theatre Northwest on Feb. 25. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. Through the 1970s and ’80s, Ginny Reilly and David Maloney, singers and songwriters, were popular in Seattle with rich harmonies and tireless performance schedule cultivating many fans throughout the region. When the pair called it quits after 20 years and eight albums in 1990, their farewell concert at the 5th Avenue Theater sold out so quickly that a second night had to be added.

After a 10-year hiatus, Reilly and Maloney reunited in 2000 to discover that their audience was still with them. In performances up and down the West Coast, fans clamored for old favorites as well as new material, and additional recordings soon found their way to the CD table. David’s 2011 solo effort, “One Day More,” received a preliminary Grammy nomination.

Admission is $17, available in advance through Brown Paper Tickets at www.brownpapertickets.com/event/225965 or by calling 1-800-838-3006. Youth Theatre Northwest is located at 8805 S.E. 40th Street.
