The Stroum Jewish Community Center’s (SJCC) annual Circle of Friends Luncheon will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 23.

Lucy and Herb Pruzan will be honored as 2015 Samuel and Althea Stroum Spirit of Inspiration Award recipients.

The luncheon, celebrating its 10th anniversary and falling on the day of Israel Independence Day (Yom Ha’atzmaut), will be chaired by Joann and Carl Bianco and Barbara and Ted Daniels.

The Circle of Friends event and its sponsors raise dollars that directly support the SJCC’s mission to deliver programs and services that build community, ensure Jewish continuity and ultimately create opportunities for everyone to learn, grow and celebrate Jewish life and culture in meaningful ways, regardless of financial means.

A minimum donation of $180 per luncheon guest is requested to help support the SJCC’s mission and programs.
