The Mercer Island girls tennis team enjoyed a sunny afternoon last week, before more rain and wild spring weather canceled and postponed several matches. The Islanders beat Sammamish on Tuesday 7-0. The same day the softball team hosted Juanita, a game which started despite pouring rain and wind. The game was called after two innings, and rescheduled.
