Try synchronized swimming at local event | Sports brief

If you’ve ever been curious about synchronized swimming, an event on Nov. 5 may be the one for you.

Seattle Synchronized Swim Team is hosting a Try Synchro Day at the Redmond Pool on Nov. 5 from 3 to 4 p.m. The event is free and open to anyone ages 6 through 12 who can swim a lap of freestyle and a lap of breaststroke.

The club includes students from around the area and is one of the top teams in the area, earning top finishes at the recent U.S. Age Group National Championships in June.
