Lindsey Horler, daughter of Jim and Julie Horler of Elk Grove Village, Ill., and Joshua Fauske, son of Rev. Paul and Christine Fauske, of Mercer Island, were married at First Immanuel Lutheran Church, Chicago, Ill., on June 20, 2009.

The reception was held at the Tower Club at the Civic Opera Building in Chicago and the couple spent their honeymoon in the U.S. and British Virgin Islands.

The bride graduated from North Central College and works for a medical malpractice law firm. The groom graduated in 1992 from Mercer Island High School and attended Central Washington University.

He was drafted by the Chicago White Sox and played professional baseball for 12 years.

He works as a sales consultant for a construction equipment company in Chicago, where the couple resides.
