Bradley Jennison | Obituary

February 3, 1983 – October 27, 2024

Bradley Carl Jennison grew up on Mercer Island graduating high school in 2001. He entered the army becoming a US Army Ranger in the 275th\ Ranger Regiment serving multiple deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq. After a period working in US embassy security in Iraq he moved to New York where he graduated from Columbia University concentrating on international relations. Bradley worked at Starbucks corporate in Seattle and New York city before joining Citibank where he rose to Senior Vice President in the treasury division.

When Russia invaded the Ukraine, he was moved to offer his military skills to help that country defend itself and work to stop Russia from further expansion. He joined the International Legion of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine and fought continuously for over two years. In 2023 he was appointed commander of the elite International Rogue team. He died leading his team on a sensitive mission inside Russia in October 2024.

Brad lived a full life forming lasting friendships across the world. To say he is missed falls well short of the positive impact he had on so many lives. At his memorial in Seattle more than four hundred attended. After lengthy diplomatic efforts he is now home as his remains were returned to Seattle in April.

He is survived by his parents, two brothers and four nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his two sisters Ristine and Carrie.
