Martha Ligon Cramer, 79, passed away on 7/15/23 from complications of Covid-19. She was predeceased by her mother Mary Ligon, and her Father Milton Ligon. She is survived by her daughter Christina Clifton, sister Hilda Herring, niece and nephew Joe Herring and Lisa Paige. The memorial service for Martha Cramer will be held on Saturday September 23rd at the Mercer Island Presbyterian Church at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Arthritis Foundation.
