Mercer Island FC Thunder wins GU15 title at Kent Cornucopia

The Mercer Island FC Girls U15 Thunder won its division title at the Kent Cornucopia tournament, beating Kitsap County's Silver FC 2-1 in the GU15 championship final on July 10 in Kent.

The Mercer Island FC Girls U15 Thunder won its division title at the Kent Cornucopia tournament, beating Kitsap County’s Silver FC 2-1 in the GU15 championship final on July 10 in Kent.

The MIFC Thunder team members include Hannah Bartley, Claire Chatalas, Lucy Cleator, Bailey Fotheringill, Maya Groh, Caitlin Liang, Isabella Mancuso, Lilly Pruchno, Taylor Richards, Jalyn Sandwith, Hayley Selman, Alli Shoop and Natalie Smith. The team is coached by Mark Sandwith and Jeff Cleator.
