Mercer Island Knowledge Bowl team competes at local tournament

Members of the Mercer Island Knowledge Bowl team recently participated in the Knowledge Master Open on April 24. The contest pitted the 12 students from Mercer Island High School against teams from around not only Washington state, but the world.
The students ranked second overall in the schools from Washington and 19th against the teams from around the world. Around 496 teams participated all together.
The Knowledge Bowl team is advised by MIHS teacher Lois Sargent.
