How to help people affected by Oklahoma tornados

A massive tornado swept through Moore, Okla. on Monday, May 20, after a deadly weekend of storms throughout the Midwest.

Anyone interested in helping the victims can visit www.redcross.org to learn how to donate.

Those looking to get in touch with friends and family are encouraged to use the Red Cross Safe and Well database.

Storms are expected to continue through the week in a large area of the United States, from Texas north through the Great Lakes area.
