Republic Services schedule changes for the holidays

Republic Services’ collection schedule will change during the Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays.

Republic Services will be closed on Christmas Day, Wednesday, Dec. 25. Customers with regularly scheduled garbage, yard waste or recycling collection on Wednesday will be collected on Thursday, Dec. 26. Customers normally serviced on Thursdays will be collected Friday, and customers normally serviced on Friday will be collected on Saturday.

Republic Services will also be closed on New Year’s Day, Wednesday, Jan. 1. The collection schedule will be the same as the prior week. Wednesday customers will be serviced on Thursday, Thursday customers will be serviced on Friday and Friday customers will be serviced on Saturday.

Collection schedules will resume as normal the week of Jan. 6.
