Mercer Island’s newest apartment building, the Hadley, is ready for move-in, and is about 25 percent leased.

The prices are $1,150-$1,850 for a studio, $1,800-$2,200 for a one-bedroom and $2,000-$2,900 for a two-bedroom. There are several floor plans in each category.

Amenities include a rooftop deck with an outdoor fireplace, a theater room, a fitness center, a conference room and a Sky Lounge on the top floor. Wi-fi is available in all common areas.

There are no set opening dates for its commercial tenants, which include OrangeTheory Fitness, Freshy’s Market and a Mioposto pizzeria, but they are tentatively scheduled to open in December or January.
