MIPD’s Phan receives Outstanding Community Partner Award

Mercer Island Police Department school resource officer Olivia Phan — Mercer Island High School (MIHS) Class of 2017 — received the Outstanding Community Partner Award at the school’s PTSA Annual Awards ceremony on May 8.
