A wave of athletes in Sunday’s Escape from the Rock triathlon wade into Lake Washington at the Luther Burbank Park beach. After a half-mile swim, participants biked for 12-miles in the Interstate 90 center lanes and ran 2.5 miles. Please see sports on page A15 for more about the triathlon and results.
