Friends of the Mercer Island Library reopens its pop-up sale

Friends of the Mercer Island Library reopened its pop-up used-book sale on Nov. 13. Thanks to the generosity of Mercer Apartments, the sale — which supports programs at the Mercer Island Library — is now held at the previous 5 Elements Pilates location at 130-134 77th Ave. SE from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fridays and noon to 5 p.m. Saturdays. “Please drop by to pick up quality books to read or gift or drop off any books you may have cleaned out during the pandemic and wish to donate. We will ensure that they go to a good home. It is this spirit that makes Mercer Island such a great place to live, work, and raise our children. Thank you,” reads a press release. Courtesy photo
