It seems that the School Board is now going to spend $15,375 for a survey to determine why voters did not vote for the proposed bond issue.

It seems that the School Board is now going to spend $15,375 for a survey to determine why voters did not vote for the proposed bond issue.

I am suggesting to the board that they should not be surprised to find that the majority of respondents give the same answer.

The board should not have presented a vast proposal based on half vast planning.
