Mercer Island Country Club to participate in Benefit Challenge for Bellevue LifeSpring

Four local tennis clubs, including the Mercer Island Country Club, will be part of the 24th annual Women's Double Benefit Challenge & Charitable Event on Monday, June 4.

Four local tennis clubs, including the Mercer Island Country Club, will be part of the 24th annual Women’s Double Benefit Challenge & Charitable Event on Monday, June 4.

The MICC will be joined with Pro Sports Club, Central Park Tennis Club and Bellevue Club.

From 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., the public is invited to watch women’s doubles tennis and help provide support to Bellevue LifeSpring, a charity focused on preventing homelessness and serving low-income families and youth.

Raffle tickets will be available for $1 with items such as Seahawks, Mariners and Sounders FC tickets, golf outings, mall and restaurant gift certificates and more.

100 percent of the proceeds will go to Bellevue LifeSpring.
