PTA to host K-12 education funding event Thursday

Litzow, Senn among guest speakers at informational presentation.

The Mercer Island PTA Advocacy Committee will present a K-12 education funding informational event at 7 p.m. this Thursday, May 21 at West Mercer Elementary.

Sen. Steve Litzow and State Rep. Tana Senn will be among the featured guest speakers, as will Mercer Island Superintendent Dr. Gary Plano, Mercer Island Education Association President Tani Lindquist, and Mercer Island Schools Foundation Co-President David D’Souza.
