Rainy day paddling at Luther Burbank Park

Kayakers Barb Gronseth (front) and Whende Keatts pulled on their wetsuits and set off in their kayak at Luther Burbank Park despite the downpour on Sunday. The two were instructors for a free kayak event set up by the city’s Parks and Recreation. But no one came.
