Dec. 11

Burglary: Someone destroyed interior mailboxes and stole mail in the 8000 block of Southeast 33rd Place.

Order violation: A male suspect was arrested for violating a restraining order while driving in a vehicle with the female named in the injunction in the 3000 block of 78th Avenue Southeast.

Dec. 10

Malicious mischief: A suspect tossed a rock through the window of a restaurant in the 2800 block of 78th Avenue Southeast.

Dec. 9

DUI: A suspect was arrested on the suspicion of driving under the influence in the 3800 block of East Mercer Way.

Dec. 6

Robbery: After a suspect reportedly pointed a firearm at a store clerk and demanded cash in the 2900 block of 78th Avenue Southeast, suspects grabbed an unknown amount of money from the register along with several cartons of cigarettes and fled the scene. There were no injuries in the incident and the investigation is open. Local detectives and surrounding agencies are working in tandem to determine if these suspects were the ones identified in similar incidents.

Fraud: A resident in the 9200 block of Southeast 61st Street lost more than $20,000 in a cryptocurrency transfer.

Vehicle prowl: Someone smashed a vehicle window and swiped documents from the glove box in the 4000 block of East Mercer Way.

Nov. 25

Vehicle theft, recovery: A construction truck was recovered after it was stolen along with numerous tools in the 3600 block of East Mercer Way.

Nov. 22

Burglary: Officers arrested a suspect for driving a stolen vehicle and prowling a home in the 8800 block of Southeast 37th Street. There were no injuries in the incident, in which the subject entered the victim’s garage and caused minor damage. The subject faces felony charges for possession of a stolen vehicle and residential burglary.
